Massy Properties (Barbados) Ltd., a full service property management and real estate company in Barbados, is seeking applications from suitably qualified persons to fill the
position of:

ProClean Administrative Clerk

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare quotations and invoices for customers.
• Actively participate in discussions to determine the needs of the Department
• Scheduling jobs and ensuring the team leader in each business line has the necessary resources (human, equipment, materials) in place to start and complete them
• Assist Supervisors / Manager with contacting contractors
• Preparation of financial and management reports in a timely manner.
• Follow up with customers after the relevant servicing has been completed to determine level of satisfaction
• Data entry into Accpac Job Costing module for all jobs

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum of five (5) CXC Certificates including English Language and Mathematics.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in administrative or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Accpac and specifically the Job Costing module would be an asset

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good organization skills and detail oriented
• Pro-active individual
• Strong ability to multitask
